The flower arrangement was beautiful and matched the online pic/description. The order was delivered same day. My only issue was that I didn't get any real confirmation of the order and when it was 4:30 and they hadn't been delivered I called the shop to check and every call went straight to voicemail, no callback or text. I'm extremely happy with the flowers and delivery, just wish the communication had been better.

The flower arrangement that I ordered for my mother on Valentine's Day was beautiful! She loved them and I was so happy that they were delivered on Valentine's Day even though I ordered the day before. I will order from Gina's Floral Designs from now on whenever the need arises! Thank you so much!

The funeral arrangement looked exactly as the site images showed. I ordered the Ever Enchanting Standing Wreath but with a particular color scheme and Gina successfully created it. I highly recommend her and can confirm that she creates arrangements very close to what her website displays.

Absolutely AMAZING! Such genuine, fine, rare people. Easy going and the best customer service I've experienced in a LONG time, especially during he holiday season. They were able to accomodate all of my needs and even had fantastic suggestion!
